The
University of Göttingen, Medical Faculty, invites
applicants for an
Independent Research Group in
the following field of research:
Design and evaluation of innovative non-invasive imaging
tools in form of fluorescent and/or radio-labelled probes
including antibodies and small molecules interfering with
tumour targets
The position has a maximum of six years funding to build
up an independent research group. The group budget is negotiable,
with a maximum of €k 250 p.a. Review for the option
of tenure track (W2) will be at the latest after 3 years
and the final decision on tenure after 5 years.
We are looking for young scientists with outstanding scientific
qualifications, as documented by research activities and
publications, who have earned a qualified doctoral degree
within the last five years or longer, if due to familial
circumstances.
The
University of Göttingen aims to increase the percentage
of female scientists employed and invites expressly female
candidates. In case of equal qualification, women will be
considered preferentially within the framework of legal possibilities.
Part-time employment is possible under certain circumstances.
